Athena (BK)'s Story...
Athena is such a cutie pie she has the most adorable face and pretty green eyes. We have no idea why this gorgeous cat has not been snapped up yet!! She came into the shelter as a release because her owners no longer wanted her and our fosters pulled her from the shelter when she ran out of time there. She is a little shy but once you start to talk to her she comes out of her shell and likes to be held and just hang out in your arms. She is all up to date on shots and fixed just needs a place to call home please put in your application for Athena today! All our cats and kittens are up to date on all age appropriate vaccines and spayed or neutered before being adopted. TCR ADOPTION SCREENING FORM NOTE: most of our cats are either in foster homes or a Petsmart adoption center. If you are interested in one of our cats, please email TrentonCats@gmail.com for more information.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Athena (BK), a Trenton Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Trenton, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Trenton.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Trenton already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Trenton breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Trenton paves the way for another one to be saved.
