If you're looking for a hyper dog you'll have to look elsewhere because Hero's motto is "Chill". Hero is the cool, laid back brother of a litter of 4 puppies born to a sweet momma dog who wandered up on someone's property. The kind people saw her predicament and let her have her pups with them, which was the best thing to ever happen to her and her little family because they were born where they were loved and have been cared for right from the start. Kids, grandkids, other dogs, cats, farm animals -- they've seen it all and think everyone is a friend!
While his siblings are playing, Hero is happy to hop on the couch and take a nap or watch TV. While the others are finding ways of getting into trouble, he is the one who will stand back with the "I told you so" look on his face! He is very low key, very much a people dog and loves relaxing in his foster mom's lap, or in the crook of her neck or her arms. He gets along very well with other dogs and is great with cats, though always in a "live and let live" kind of way.
Hero is about 11 weeks, very healthy and looks mostly hound like his mom - - but his natural bobtail must have come from his daddy, whoever he was! If "easy-going" is your speed, please visit www.pinkshelter.org for more information about the adoption process or click here for our online application. Full vetting included in his $300 adoption fee. Transport fee is additional $150. IF YOU HAVE AOL or YAHOO PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FILE FOR OUR RESPONSE
