Sky earned her name because, in her mind, the sky's the limit!! Sky is the only girl of a litter of 4 puppies born to a sweet momma dog who wandered up on someone's property. The kind people saw her predicament and let her have her pups with them, which was the best thing to ever happen to her and her little family because they were born where they were loved and have been cared for right from the start. Kids, grandkids, other dogs, cats, farm animals -- they've seen it all and think everyone is a friend!
"Girl Power" is Sky's motto! As the only girl in a litter with 3 other boys she's learned that clever is as clever gets! She's smart, she's spunky and she can outwit all of her brothers . . . and outrun them!! (She's the largest of them, which also helps!) Sky is super friendly with everyone and it's hilarious when she puts on the "demure" look for the camera because anyone who knows her knows that Sky is confident, knows what she wants, and knows how to get it . . . all in a very nice way, of course!
