Sylar is a most special boy! Completely deaf, Sylar is considered special needs. Despite his disability, Sylar LOVES people, and other animals. With spectacular gray eyes, Sy proves once again just how stunning he really is. Handsome Sy is responsive to hand commands, though he is still learning. Though he had a tough beginning, he has proven himself an excellent dog, by his eagerness to learn basic commands through hand movement.

Sylar is fully vetted- up to date on shots and preventative, neutered, microchipped and ready for forever! His adoption fee is $225, though for an experienced and dedicated adopter, we would consider a reduced rate.
