My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nestle is a 6 year old petite chow mix (with Eskie or some other spitz breed? She's about 30lbs full grown) surrendered because her owner couldn't properly care for her. She's a little nervous at first but friendly and sweet once she feels safe, and seemed eager to check herself into our vet's office for her spay:). She tolerated the cats that were in the house as long as they give her space and don't try to take her food, and she's fine with other dogs too. Her owners made a point to tell us she doesn't like people screaming at her or trying to hit her with brooms (umm...so many questions come to mind: does any dog enjoy that!? And how many people were trying to hit her with brooms that they noticed that?!) Nestle deserves a nice quiet stable home where no one will hit her with a broom... We do not have a shelter- all our pets are in foster homes and can be seen by appointment only during the week, or at our weekly pet adoptions every Sunday at the Animal Clinic of Morris Plains from 12:30 to 3PM at 3009 Route 10 East next to 5 Star Car Wash (formerly Boulder Car Wash) in Morris Plains (Denville on GPS).
