My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Cookie. I am a super affectionate and lovable 10 month old Oreo cat. I was brought into Acct last fall as a stray. I was suspected to have been attacked by another cat, and had puncture wounds through my sinuses on both sides. I was lucky enough to land into a foster home with my friend Knight. I spent quite some time in foster care as my sinuses healed, and eventually my vet determined it was best for me to have surgery to repair my sinuses. My vet quickly discovered that most of my septum had been infected by the wounds, so she removed the infected portions. That makes me pretty unique right! And I am so adorable you could never even tell by looking at me that most of my septum is gone. The vet says that I will not need surgery again, but that from time to time I may become a little stuffy (which will come and go on its own) and that throughout my life I may need antibiotics periodically in the event I get a cold that does not clear on its own. I purr constantly. I am super affectionate. My foster mom says way more affectionate and outgoing than any other kitten she has ever met. I love other cats and dogs. I love to play with any toy that makes noise, though jingle balls are my favorite. I love to climb my cat tree. I also love to play with my brother, Knight and we love keeping each other company. I am fearless. I love sit in the window and watch the world go by. I always use my litter box. Between my cute black and white markings, my infectious personality and my quirky sounds, I am quite the unique cat! This makes me a total catch for one very lucky family. Knight and I would love to be adopted together as we are very bonded to each other.
