  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Female
  • ID#: F15792

This girl is Magnolia and she arrived to us as an owner surrender due to financial reasons. Shortly after she arrived in our care she gave birth to kittens and she is now retired from motherhood and ready to start the next chapter in her life! She is a gorgeous gal who is extra special because she has extra toes on all 4 paws! She loves attention and also doesn't mind her other kitty roommates at all. She would adapt well to any home and is between the ages of 2 and 4 years. :) She is already spayed, micro-chipped, de-wormed, started on her shots and she tested negative for FIV and FELV.

Magnolia's adoption fee is $75.00 + tax and includes micro-chipping!

All adoption's are subject to approval.

All animals are current on their vaccination based on their age and time at the shelter. Some animals may require boosters. Please note: MN state law requires rabies vaccinations be given by a licensed veterinary. Because FOA does not have a full time vet on staff, some animals may not have had their rabies shots.

About Friends of Animals Humane Society

About Our Shelter...

Our goal as a shelter is to reduce the number of stray pets on our streets and make sure they have somewhere safe and warm to stay until they find their forever homes. We highly encourage micro-chipping and spaying and neutering which also helps the high stray population to be reduced. Friends of Animals Humane Society is dedicated to providing care and treatment to dogs and cats located in various portions of Carlton County. We strive daily to not
only help them in a time of need, but to improve their lives by finding them their forever homes. Every animal deserves a second chance to live a happy and healthy life. The purpose of this organization is to create a humane and sustainable community for all animals, through education, advocacy and the promotion of respect and compassion.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are open from noon until 7pm on Mondays, and noon until 5 Tuesday through Sunday.Feel free to come and meet all of our pets that are waiting for forever homes! Also check out our website at www.foaonline.org for adoption events and lots of other fun things !

Our Adoption Process...

Our adoption process starts with filling out an adoption application specific to a dog or cat. There is a 24 hour turn around on the approval process. Once approved, a contract must be read and signed, along with health alerts. Anybody wishing to adopt from Friends of Animals must be 21 years of age to do so. Our current adoption fees for our cats are $100 + tax for kittens (under 1 year old), $75 + tax for adult cats (ages 1 to 9 years). There are usually a few longer term or older cats (10 years and up) that are $40 + tax. The current fees for our dogs vary. They can range anywhere from $175 and can go up to $500, dependent on several factors such as age, breed, size, temperament etc. All cats leaving the shelter must be in a pet carrier. And all dogs leaving the shelter must be on a leash (we do provide temporary slip leashes if needed).
