Blackie is 12 yrs of age, blind and we rescued Blackie from a unimaginable life of living outside in filth and feces. Living outside 24/7 in the Florida heat and hot sun sleeping on dirt. Blackie is a senior who loves to be held & cuddled. When we fought to have him removed with the help of the BSO, we did so to give him a better life. Can you Help?
