Please take the time to read the entire profile. We spend alot of time putting as much info in them as possible. Thank you in advance.
Zeta is a darling young corso girl who is stunning. She has a fawn coat with light masking. She has cropped ears and docked tail. She is a stunning girl and has a sweet face and just wants to please. She is an amazing girl and we adore her. She is an amazing girl who just needs a great home. She is a bit timid and needs a home to help with that. She likes to know that the people in her home are in charge, and does best with a home that has a good leader. She has done well with other dogs and we think she would like a friend. She plays great with her foster brother and loves to have a good time. She is a puppy at heart and just wants to be part of a family.
Zeta came to us when her family was no longer able to care for her any longer. She was able to bully them into getting what she wanted. She needed a home with a leader. Her owners tried but did not have the skills needed to work with her on things. We feel that she was simply being a bully as they had said she had been nothing but perfect until his wife became pregnant. Many dogs change when the house hold dynamic changes. We have worked with her and spent a lot of time with her and once she understood what was going on and that things were going to be ok, and she could not bully anyone she has been sweet as pie. She is an amazing girl who just wants to know her place in life and what the rules are.
Zeta is a sweet corso girl. She really just wants to know that the world is ok. She loves attention and loves her family. The people she knows she is a gem with. She does need a home with kids over 10 due to her personality. Little kids may scare her. She does well with other dogs, cats, and even has done well with livestock. Never unattended but has lived with them although she has been confused about why those giant dogs are not far from her. She likely would chase if left alone with them but most dogs will. She is a great girl and we adore her she just needs the right family.
Zeta is up to date, dewormed, flea treated, micro chipped, altered, and ready for a new home. She is house broken, crate trained, does well on leash but does need a training collar to walk nicely. She knows basic commands but is a typical mastiff and can be selective about weather or not you know she knows. She doesn’t seem to have any food allergies we have seen. She love cookies and treats and love and attention. She love to play ball, but prefers to chase the other dogs with the ball vs. getting it herself. She is a great girl who just needs a guardian experienced home. She is going to make someone an amazing dog.
We spend a lot of time trying to get to know the dogs in our program as best as we can. This means that we have spent time introducing them to dogs, cats, kids, animals, people and as many things as we can. We try to do as much as we can to evaluate them, both with in our group and if the dogs come from other rescues or shelters their evaluations as well. However dogs are individuals and will react to different situations differently. This means that we do not know how a dog will react in every situation. We give out our best guess based off information provided but the handler of a dog and the way they are introduced to a situation makes a huge impact. So if you have any questions of how to introduce a dog to your home, please let us know and we will provide as much info as we can from pamphlets to helping find a trainer in your area.
Our rescue aims to help dogs who are passed by and over looked by most rescues and people. We help the dogs who are in need of medical care, vetting, training and breeds that most will not help with. In most shelters if you are large dog, a big dog, or a male dog; from the moment you walk in you are on barrowed time. If you have docked ears or are a guardian breed your time was over before you walked in the doors. We aim to save these dogs and give them a second chance. Please help us save more lives by helping with our medical bills as they grow. This year has already been hard and we have many medical dogs in need.
If you would like to adopt this pet please send us an email. Applications will be sent to you via email. We do our best to get back to emails in 24 hrs. Our goal is to find the right fit for every home, not just any home!
