Leo has been raised with his own family including his girlfriend (now in a home) and their two pups (both up for adoption.) He craves other dog attention and must be placed in a home with another friendly dog, preferably one who wouldn't mind his cuddles. If someone were interested in two dogs, Leo and his son Tux do great together. Leo has also been around cats. He doesn't pay much attention to them overall. We think Leo would do fine with gentle children. He has met kids and been fine, but he has never lived with them.
Leo is neutered, up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and microchipped. He is also solidly housebroken. Leo has never been crated, but does well being confined to a room of the house.
If you would like to meet Leo please complete an adoption application on our website. We will only consider homes for Leo that have another canine. His adoption fee is $175. You can complete our application at www.pawswapofgreaterlafayette.com/adopting. As long as the ad is up, then we are still accepting applications for Leo.
