Meet Otis: a lovable, loyal and playful golden retriever/labrador mix that would love a permanent home! I rescued Otis from the Pennsylvania SPCA in August of 2016 and we enjoyed a great year together. However, I am no longer able to keep up with the costs of keeping Otis happy, healthy and well-looked after while I am at classes, work and traveling.
Otis has a great deal of energy. He has been the best running companion I could have imagined and will tear around a dog park, the beach or your backyard as long as he can. He is around 2 years old, and is beginning to mature. The best owner(s) for Otis will be patient and ideally experienced with handling a young dog.
Otis is developing plenty of confidence. He has worked through social fears and anxiety and seems like a new dog to me. I only wish I could remain his owner longer to see the progress he will make.
