Owen here, just checking in. I made it to rescue safely, the humans said I was scheduled to be euthanized which sounds super scary but these people at High Plains PAW scooped me up and now I'm as happy as can be. I'm being fostered in Colorado and let me tell ya, my foster family is pretty awesome! My foster mom says I am a really cool little dude and I tend to agree with foster mom! I am neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and 51 pounds of pure love. The vet says I am heart worm negative (whatever that means) and the humans seemed pretty excited about that so I'm excited too! I have learned sit and I'm still working on down, stay, and to come when called. All of this learning has me exhausted so you'll often find me in my favorite place doing my favorite thing, sleeping in the recliner! Although I really like my foster family and sleeping in the recliner at their house, I'm hoping to find a family of my own soon. Maybe you are interested in adopting me? You clicked on my profile didn't you? If you think you could provide me with a great home where I can continue to learn how to be a good boy, submit an adoption application today!
