I am Bella Dee, a 7 year old Lab mix who so sweet and lovable that you will want to take me home, I feel like a pup and act like a lady. It was really hard for me when my original human got too old to care for me and her family put me in a shelter. My foster humans took me in, cared for me and helped me get healthy…and happy again. I took some glamour shots so you can see that I’m a great looking girl with a beautiful coat and eyes. The only thing pictures don’t show is my beautiful heart filled with love that I will so happily and freely give you. I am a good protector and will let you know if someone approaches the house. Jeez! There is so much more for me to share about myself. If you’ll take the time to know me, you will love me, and I will love you right back and be forever and loyally yours.
No need for a crate. While I get excited when you come home, I lay around most of a day without anyone needing to be with me. I do not poop or pee in the house. I’m also not a chewer and don’t chew on furniture or shoes. I’d much rather a doggie peanut butter snack or carrot or apple than an old shoe.
I love my humans and am so excited when they get home. I meet them at the door with a smile and a wagging tail. I love runs in the backyard, going for walks, apples, carrots and all kinds of healthy fruits for canines. I don’t have fleas and my fosters will send my flea and tick prevention with me. Oh, I also come with 5-months of heartworm prevention meds and paperwork from my Vet visits. I also have my own bed, blankets, brush, toys, and balls which I love to run after and catch when you throw them. I can bring it all with me! Isn’t that great! My foster humans great take of me and keep me health, happy and up to date on my shots. I recently got my updated rabies shot (05/2017) and am heartworm free (tested 05/17). I have pretty pink gums, too.
