My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This is Lelani (HWTH#17150A). She is a Terrier mix, DOB: 4/29/14. Lelani weighs 13 pounds. She was rescued from the Palmdale animal shelter by a volunteer with Halfway to Home. This is an extremely energetic girl who loves to run, play with toys and chew on rawhides. Her foster mom states Lelani is good with other dogs but can be a bully, has some food aggression issues and should be fed separately. Lelani is also clever at trying to hide her food bowl. Her foster mom also states Lelani is very loving and requires a lot of attention but does not like to be held in your arms. Lelani will need an owner willing to love her and give her the good-quality human companionship she craves as well as the exercise needed to expend her energy (perhaps getting Lelani involved in a dog sport). Lelani is good at jumping so needs a secure yard, both front and back. She is potty trained to paper. Her foster mom suggests no small children. For more information on Lelani, please contact Suzanne as tele # 661-824-4495.
