Meet Aries! Aries is the momma to the husky mix babies that we have, & she is looking for her forever home. Aries is approximately 2 years old. She is crate trained, housebroken, & very very affectionate. She does need a breed experienced adopter as she can be very protective of those she loves. She is an alpha female mentality, so no homes with other female dogs would be best. Absolutely no small children, only older(10+) children who know the appropriate way to act with dogs. She is medium - high energy, she does need a securely fenced backyard, although most of her time is spent lounging around during the days. She needs somebody that will get her out of her comfort zone & stay active with her, she loves going for walks, and she REALLY loves swimming/ playing with toys! She is loyal to her humans & she is looking forward to being able to provide you with endless love & devotionâ¤
Aries is currently in her foster home in NC, but can be transported to either MD or NJ, once an adopter is approved. Applicants must be willing to travel to either NJ or MD to pick her up.
~~The Last Resort is a foster based rescue. Our dogs are in our foster homes all up and down the east coast. We do not have a facility in which you can visit. We find this a huge benefit because we learn our dogs and are able to educate our adopters on what it’s like to have them live in your home. Part of our process, once pre-approved, is to speak with the foster for the dog you’re interested in. If you’re still interested in adopting from our rescue the first step is to complete our adoption application online at www.thelastresortrescue.com/adoptionapplication.htm
