Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Val is a sweet little girl looking for love. She had a very rough start, and ended up at a high kill shelter with her puppies. A wonderful friend of the rescue got them out and all got the necessary vet care they needed, or they would not have made it. Her pups went to another rescue, and we took Val.
Spayed female
Current on shots
Micro chipped
Barely heartworm positive
House and crate trained
Good with people and other dogs
Not cat or children tested
2-3 years old
Currently under 45 lbs
Val is a little on the small side for a German shepherd, and will probably not get much bigger. She is eating like a champ but could still gain a bit more weight. She barely registered on her second heartworm test, so we are just doing the slow kill and we are hoping she will soon be negative. We will provide all of that to the adopter as part of her fee. She is a gentle girl, and loves to be petted. We will update as this sweet girl progresses.
