My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

REMUS - Male, Beagle/Hound mix, 5 yrs, 52 lbs.

Meet Remus! He is a gorgeous fella that is looking for his forever home. He is on the higher energy side and loves baths. He is dog friendly but no cats for this guy!
He is a very timid boy and is taking some time to settle in, but he is getting better everyday. He's not a fan of thunderstorms or firetrucks. The first few nights he paced back and forth quite a lot, but is gaining confidence, and is not as easily startled by loud noises. He is so gentle and sweet and is warming up to me more and more everyday.
He is very strong on his leash, so hold on tight, especially if you see a cat! We haven't done much in the way of training or playing because of his recent neuter, plus I don't want to overwhelm him with commands, so I'm hoping as he gains his confidence we can work on that more. He likes hanging out on the deck and "singing" to the cats next door!!
