Number 24's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Number 24's Story...
All of the dogs numbered 1 – 24 were removed from a situation where little affection or human socialization was given. They are all starved for attention and are full of energy. Until they were rescued they had never been outdoors so when allowed in the yard they run and play hard. They are not completely housebroken but are making progress in going to the restroom outside instead of their runs. When they meet new people they can be pretty timid and will need lots of TLC until they warm up to you. They are all very sweet and will give a new owner unconditional love but patience will be needed until they learn to trust humans.

The adoption fee is $125.00 which includes spay/neuter and current vaccinations. Please contact the Cripple Creek Animal Shelter to schedule your appointment to find your new best friend.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Number 24, a Cripple Creek Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Cripple Creek, or seeking a Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Cripple Creek.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cripple Creek already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cripple Creek breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cripple Creek paves the way for another one to be saved.
