Angels Among Us Animal Rescue announces a new Angel:
Jerome is one of 11 puppies that were recently rescued from under a house where their feral mom was hiding them. All 11 puppies were caught and we are still hoping to find and spay mom. She is a shepherd mix, about 50 pounds so we are expecting this litter to be about her size at maturity. We don't know anything about the dad but he may be lab and/or a pit bull mix as some of the pups look a little bit more lab or terrier like than mom. There were 8 females and only 3 male pups. The pups are all beauties, and Jerome is no exception! He is brindle and has a bit of white as well. He is the only brindle male pup, and he is a handsome one at that! He is a cuddly boy who will be a wonderful family pet and companion. Jerome has had his first set of shots but will have all three sets and be neutered prior to adoption.
Jerome is currently in TN but will be transported north to New England for adoption. The adoption donation is $450 which includes a health certificate and transport north.
*Unless stated otherwise, all dogs will be spayed or neutered, on flea/tick product and heart worm prevention medicine (if older than 5 months) and micro chipped prior to adoption.
*Please note that while we do our best to accurately state the breed or breed mix of a dog, we often have very limited information to draw from. Identifying the breed without pedigrees and information on heritage can be very challenging!
