Important you send your phone #. Bandit was owned and loved by an older gentleman who died recently, and his elderly mother is unable to care for Bandit properly. We initially neutered and fully vaccinated Bandit for his owner in Nov 2016, and he weighed 41# at that time, with an estimated birthdate of 10/31/16. He is a mixed breed believed to be primarily border collie and blue heeler.

About Ozark Homeward Bound VT Extension

About Our Rescue Group...

We are a small volunteer non-profit rescue group. We receive no public funding. All our rescues are in private volunteer foster homes, and we do not operate a shelter. Our primary goal is to make the "perfect match" between the pet and his or her Forever Family. Our reward is the love of the animals and the gratitude of their new families.

Come Meet Our Pets...

All our Available Pets are in private foster homes in Northwest Arkansas; we do not operate a shelter or stationary adoption site. Arkansas residents wishing to volunteer and participate are encouraged to email us for further information. Donations are greatly appreciated and 100% tax deductible, and can be mailed to: OZARK HOMEWARD BOUND, PO Box 155, Harrison, AR 72602-0155
"Til they all have a home"

Our Adoption Process...

When you request our NONBINDING application, you'll be interviewed by one of our Board members, then put in touch with your chosen pet's foster family. We require that any other pets in your home be neutered & vaccinated. You're under no obligation until you pay the adoption fee and the pet has left our care. Fees include sterilization, all appropriate vaccines, exam and treatment as necessary for parasites and/or other health issues and commercial ground transport if required. All available health records/certifications accompany your pet and all adoptions are guaranteed.
