I did not foresee my current situation when Holly came into my life in December. My Dad is on hospice care now and Mom's dementia is getting worse daily so I had to move in with them to take care of them in their home.

My Mom leaves the door open and forgets that Holly is our dog. She is confused and Holly is being moved from yard to crate to inside to try and keep Mom calm.

Pet's Name Holly
Date of Birth/Age 10-22-16 7 months old
Gender Female
Breed Small Shepherd mix
Are they House Trained Yes, will even ring a bell on the door to 'go out'
Are they Crate Trained Yes, will 'go inside' for a nap on a hot day but would rather be inside with you
Heartworm Negative or Positive: Negative
Are they current on Heartworm Prevention: Yes, on Advantage Multi for fleas and ticks combo
Current on all puppy shots, bordetella, rabies etc. Paperwork will be provided
Spayed or Neutered: yes Spayed 12-6-16
Microchipped Yes
Good with other dogs: Yes, doggie daycare with little and big dogs. Small yappy dogs do make me a little nervous
Good with cats: No, they look like squirrels who I love to chase up trees
Good with Children: Haven't seen too many of them but, they are scary when they move so fast and reach to pet my head

I am young and ready to learn anything you want to teach me.

This is not the life I had in mind for Holly. She walks well on leash and loves our morning and evening walks. She is currently attending doggie daycare to continue to get to know other dogs and how to be in a pack. Holly would do well with another adult dog. She would love to be at my side and sleeps with me. She is a great companion!

Holly deserves a more calm and consistent environment that, unfortunately, I can not provide her at this time. I am hoping that someone will give Holly the loving home that she deserves.
Thank you for helping Holly,
