SanGria's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, purebred, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, and not good with cats.

SanGria's Story...
SanGria was rescued in a puppymill confiscation
She was used in breeding, had very little hair and was not only emaciated but anemic
She was attacked by another dog and her hematoma in her left ear cause her ear to flop down.
She stayed in foster care until she was given an excellent bill of health and is now current on all vaccines including rabies, bordetella, 6/in1, on heartworm prevention and is spayed. She take trefexis as her protection against parasites. She is a one person/family dog. She loves people and squeaky toys. Her ideal home would be a couple with at least 1 stay home parent.
During her foster care she helped out as a service dog for an hearing impared foster parent. She loves to go outside for a short brief period to do her business but she loves being on your lap and requires indoor living due to her breed restrictions Other than her ear appearance, she has no other known disabilities. She gets along with other dogs but prefers being top dog. Approx age 3-4

Why Adoption is a Great Option

SanGria, a Amelia Island/Clearwater/Jacksonville French Bulldog dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a French Bulldog for sale in Amelia Island/Clearwater/Jacksonville, or seeking a French Bulldog dog from a breeder in Amelia Island/Clearwater/Jacksonville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Amelia Island/Clearwater/Jacksonville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Amelia Island/Clearwater/Jacksonville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even French Bulldog breeders who help with French Bulldog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Amelia Island/Clearwater/Jacksonville paves the way for another one to be saved.
