My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucy is happy young lab mix. Before coming to CARE she was dropped at the shelter by her owners in horrible condition. She was covered in mange so bad it was making her skin bleed, this sweetheart was terrified and shaking. She was dehydrated and had clearly been neglected for a very long time. Looking at her now you could never guess she is the same pup. She is growing in a beautiful coat and loves to play with the people who are fostering her. We are so excited to help this girl find a forever home that will always treat her like she deserves!

CARE is a non profit 501c3 rescue that has been saving lives for over 6 years and with your adoption, we can help save even more deserving urgent adoptable pets! We fly our pets to approved adopters all over the US, especially in low kill and no kill markets where there is a demand for rescue pets!

**This is the base fee for transportation and varies according to weight of the dog and location. Flying to Canada requires an additional customs fee.
