Houston, TX area: Wow! What a handsome boy Duke is. This all around great boy was recently pulled from a dog sanctuary where he has spent the last four years of his life. Surprisingly this gorgeous and friendly boy wound up at Arlington animal control. Duke's time was limited. Luckily he was pulled from Arlington but no permanent home could be found, resulting in him ending up at the dog sanctuary. Look at that face! Look at those dreamy brown eyes! Look at that smile! A local foster family fell in love with Duke just by seeing his photos. Today Duke is living in a foster home that he shares with a female Lab mix. One introduction with a tennis ball and Duke has been off fetching since! Duke is eight years young, playful, neutered, current on vaccines, microchipped, HW negative, walks well on a leash, LOVES car rides & belly rubs and is house trained. We would love to see Duke adopted by a family with older children that can play ball with Duke and show him the love he so deserves. About Friendswood Animal Advocates

Our Adoption Process...

We first have a discussion with the potential adopters to see if the pet they are looking at is the right fit. If everything works out, an application is completed. Vet reference and a home visit is completed before the adoption is final.
