Meet Dyogi...he has a big heart, happy spirit and loves being included in whatever is going on.  He can play with dogs, cats, adults, kids, and toys...he's flexible!  He came into Fort Bend Animal Shelter with an injured back leg that had to be removed but that doesn't stop him nor does he notice.  Dyogi would love to join you for car rides and adventures, is even tempered, gentle, and very loving.  He is just over 2 years old and is house and crate trained.

Having him join your family will not disappoint and certainly keep you smiling!  Please visit our website at www.soca-fbc.org to learn more about Dyogi and to complete an application.  His adoption fee is $150 which includes neuter, necessary shots, microchip, and many years of companionship.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Most of our Pets are in Foster homes. You can meet them once you have an approved application on file by scheduling an appointment or join us for one of our many meet and greet events. Adoption event details are on our Facebook page under Events.

Our Adoption Process...

With an approved application, applicants are considered for the pet they have applied for. Our goal is to make the best match for both the adopting family and the pet. Applications are not considered on a first come first served basis. Following an initial meet and great, potential adopters must pass a home inspection and sleepovers are strongly encouraged to ensure a perfect fit. Upon approval, the adoptive family is required to pay an fee and sign an adoption contract. Fees vary by animal and age and include spay/neuter, current vaccines, microchip and many wonderful years of companionship.
