found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.
I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with dogs, and good with cats.
I'm a 5 year old American bulldog blend with a nice, mellow energy and fabulous temperament. They call me a female fat head (I weigh about 70 pounds), but I'm sure that they mean it in a very nice way.
My back-story is a little sad. When I was brought into the shelter with my guy pal, Bruno, I was all happy and joyous. Bruno was adopted pretty quickly, and that left me sad and alone, so Shadows Fund searched high and low for a loving foster home. They were successful, and, boy, am I happy here until my forever family finds me. My temporary family loves me and says that I am house-trained and show nice house manners. I love all people and enjoy other dogs. I don't even bother the kitties that I am living with.
The shelter vet diagnosed me with Horner's syndrome. Horner's syndrome is a neurological issue that can cause the head to tilt to one side and in my case, my left eye droops a bit, but doesn't affect my vision. The way I look at it...I've got something to make me even cuter! I still love all that a dog would love - playing, walking and loving on my humans.
I'm spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and ready for my forever family. Come meet me ! The name is ROXY !
