Here's what the humans have to say about me:
These little cuties, Ike and his brother Mike, came to LR from a shelter in the desert where they were found as strays. We're not sure what they're mixed with, maybe Basset Hound or Dachshund, who knows...but they sure are cute.
Ike is a sweetie and very adventurous. We took him to a doggie park already, where he roamed around and made friends with some remarkably big dogs. He is excellent with kids and is very excited when they give him belly rubs. We walk him to school daily, and he welcomes many 1st graders with a wagging tail. He is remarkably good on the leash and is already house trained. Ike does not like to be alone and has even jumped our baby gates twice just to be with us. Nevertheless, he realizes that this is wrong, so with a little bit of training, he will be stellar.
