Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Bubber is a 8-year-old neutered/ male black lab. Bupper weighs 112 pounds and is up to date on shots. This dog is approved for homes with children ages 10 and up.
Jun 13, 2017: Bubber is a sweet, lovable, friendly boy. He's not a fan of his diet food, but will tolerate it with a little "real" food mixed in. On walks, he gets really excited when he sees other dogs, so walking him with an Easy Walk harness is best. His size makes him quite strong. This is mostly because of his size, so he can use some additional training on the leash. He may seem daunting to the other dogs because of his excitement, but he has met dogs on leash and just bounces around them in happiness. If the other dog doesn't want him in their face and gives him a warning, Bubber backs off. He has enjoyed some playtime at the dog park as well.
Bubber loves to sleep with his human foster sister, and enjoys meeting new people. He can't quite figure out how to sit on your lap, but does try to get close to you on the couch. He is easily crated and can manage at least 7 hours, though he enjoys breaks. He's a super good boy and will make someone a fabulous new family member!
Bubber is affectionate and loves attention. He loves to swim and play with toys. He knows basic commands. He is house trained. He was crate trained but no longer needs a crate. He is said to be good with children but has never lived with any so he is approved for kids 10 and up. He has never lived with cats but has been ok with cats he has seen outside. He is good with other dogs.
His evaluator said: "Bubber is a big boy, can stand to lose a few pounds. He was very playful and extremely
agile for a dog of his size and weight."
