Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Duke is a sweet affectionate Akita who comes to us blind due to cataracts. This fellow is super people friendly, he wags his tail constantly, and is eager to give sweet kisses. Duke is a easy boy to care for, he wants nothing more than to have a place to rest, go for walks and give love to his family. Duke is house broken, calm on leash, friendly with all people of all ages, and is on the smaller side for his breed ( 75 pounds ) If you are looking for a easy boy this boy fits the bill.

Duke is neutered, up to date on shots, heart worm positive but on treatment, and fecal negative. We did cat test him but he was not reactive we feel this is due to him being blind, thus not triggering a prey drive. We did dog test Duke, at first he is reactive again we feel this is due to him being blind, after sometime around the other dog he did relax however we feel it best he be a only pet at this time.
