My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Welcome Applesauce. She is a 1 year old 25 pound Shepherd/Whippet mix. She has the most adorable ears. She is cuddly and moderately active. She is friendly with all dogs and will make a great companion for some lucky family. She is somewhat shy but not too much. She is decent on a leash and eager to please. She is protective of a food bowl even if it is empty, which will most likely get less and less as she gets used to having food available on a daily basis - (but we think older kids who understand that she needs her space at mealtimes would be the best fit for her right now) Maybe her time on the streets makes her think she will not get food so she needs to protect it. She is a doll and loves to learn. She is treat motivated so training will be fun. She has nice clean teeth, up on shots, spayed and ready for her forever home. She is in Lytle , Texas awaiting her dream family finding her. She can be transported to the East or the West Coast. Contact me for an application. Adoption fee is 170 and transport is 185.
