Ginger's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Ginger is a super sweet 1 year old ... mutt! We've heard everthing from border collie to corgi to labrador when it comes to her breed, but no matter what she is, this 30 pound momma dog is full of love. Ginger gave birth to 5 puppies on 3/19/17 and was a great mom. Since they can be separated when the puppies are 8 weeks old, Ginger's Mother's Day gift is FREEDOM!
She is crate trained, doing well with potty training, good with dogs/cats/kids, loves attention and will give her future family so much happiness, energy, and affection. Even though she loves to play, she will definitely calm down when it's time to curl up on the couch and relax.
If you think Ginger would be a good fit for you, apply online at or come to meet her at the Lorton PetValu at 9427 Lorton Market St. #7, Lorton VA 22079 on 5/13/17 from 1230 - 3, or the Potomac Mills PetSmart located at 13337 Worth Ave., Woodbridge VA 22192 from 1230 - 3 on Sundays.
Her adoption fee is $250 which includes her spay, rabies, distemper, bordatella, microchip and heartworm test.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ginger, a Woodbridge Border Collie/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Border Collie/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Woodbridge, or seeking a Border Collie/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Woodbridge.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Woodbridge already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Woodbridge breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Border Collie/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Border Collie/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Woodbridge paves the way for another one to be saved.
