Important Note

Ollie is best friends with Kiwi. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!
Ollie and his brother, Kiwi, were found in a bucket in the desert by an observant truck driver. They were bottle fed and after a few minor health issues when they were babies, they are now very healthy and available for adoption.
Ollie is a laid back guy, He loves to lay on his back in the middle of the bed or snuggle up next to you. He is a big boy and very sweet. He would love to go to a home with his brother, Kiwi, but would probably do fine in a home with other cats or maybe even as an only cat. Ollie also gets along with dogs after a slow introduction. If you would like more information on Ollie, please contact his foster mom,

About Happy Strays Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Happy Strays Rescue is a non-profit rescue organization that cares for stray, abandoned and orphaned cats and kittens. Our rescues are often just babies who require bottlefeeding and hand rearing. Our cats and kittens are cared for in a network of wonderful foster homes while they wait for adoption.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We currently have many many cats and kittens ready for adoption! Because we do not have a shelter and our cats reside in foster homes they are only available to be seen at our adoption Saturdays. If there is a cat you would like to meet, please let us know so that we can make sure the kitty is at our next event.

Our cats are available for adoption every Saturday from 11 am-3:30 pm at the PETCO in La Canada. Please see our website for details and directions.

Our Adoption Process...

Our fees average $100 and include spay/neuter, testing for Felv/FIV and all vaccinations. We have an adoption questionaire and contract to be signed. We do not allow de-clawing, but we often rescue declawed cats and have them available for adoption. If the adoption is not a good fit for the cat or family, pets may always be returned to us.
