My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hershey and are a pair of deliciously fun, friendly, gentle, happy and shy four-year-old black and white Basset Hound/Pointer-mixes waiting for the perfect home together at the Save-A-Pet Adoption Center in Grayslake, Illinois. These handsome brothers love to go for walks or rides in the car. They know the commands sit, speak, stay and roll-over and if you offer them a treat, these two hound mixes are very willing to learn much much more. To meet Hershey and Oreo in person, please visit the Save-A-Pet adoption center in Grayslake at 31664 N. Fairfield Road. To expedite the adoption, you can fill out an adoption application on-line at http://www.save-a-pet-il.org so all the paperwork is done by the time you arrive. If you would like to ask any questions about him, please e-mail information@save-a-pet-il.org or call SAP volunteer Dominique at 847-726-1257. You can also call the shelter directly at 847-740-7788. They are healthy, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, de-wormed, heartworm-tested and micro-chipped. Their adoption fee for the pair of $150 benefits the rescued dogs and cats of Save-A-Pet.
