Sting and Garfunkel's Story...
Sting and Garfunkel are a bonded pair and would love to be adopted together! They were homeless, fending for themselves in Southern Illinois. A nice family scooped them up and decided to give them a second chance at life! They are now in a loving foster waiting for qualified candidates to give them a forever home! These blue-eyed brothers love to cuddle and wrestle with each other. They love being snuggled and will purrrrr very loudly! They are best friends and would love to stay together!

These guys are barely 8 weeks old so they will not be able to go to their new home immediately...but should be ready in another 2 weeks or so!

If you would like to meet these little love bugs, please fill out an adoption application at illinoisanimalrescueinc.org

An adoption coordinator will contact you and let you know what the next steps are for giving these kitties a loving home!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sting and Garfunkel, a Palatine Domestic Mediumhair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Palatine, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair kitten from a breeder in Palatine.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Palatine already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Palatine breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Palatine paves the way for another one to be saved.
