My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Attention! JOSEPHINE Here!
I am a very sweet, female, spayed, microchipped, golden/white Long Haired Dachshund/Spaniel mix looking for my forever home and family. I am 2 years young, I am very sweet, happy, friendly and have a great personality to become a loving companion and family member. I am looking for my new family where I can be a dog to cuddle and snuggle as well as getting playtime. A secure fenced yard is required.

I have been rescued the day my previous owner dumped me at a vet office and requested to euthanize me because I had been in labor already 12 hours and one of my babies was stuck in the birth canal this was the easiest way out to avoid an expensive vet bill I guess. Then a lady came into the room and picked me up and drove me to another vet - he must have been on stand by -
all went in a rush, very organized and around where people with loving voices to smooth my anxiety still being in labor. They did a C-Section surgery on me and saved my three beautiful babies. After surgery my babies and I got a car ride again to a foster family, that are amazing people who help rescues to keep rescued dogs safe and in a familiar environment until they find their furever homes.

I think I had plenty of angels aside saving me with my babies. All three of my daughters found their forever home already. Now it is me looking for my forever home and adoptive parents.

I am all happy, very cute, small, very friendly, sweet, love humans and other dogs, not good with cats, like my foster mom describes me. She says I am a great dog and I will be a loyal, sweet and handsome family member for a lifetime, blessed with a wonderful family of my own where I will be loved and spoiled for the rest of my life... I can't wait... Are you my new family?
I am good with most dogs, adults and children (should be school aged) and would love to enjoy family life with you.
Yours with a happy tailwag!
JOSEPHINE
