Rizzo's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Rizzo's Story...
Rizzo loves people more than life. He is super social, super sweet, has great energy, loves playing with other kids, and is great with kids. He is almost fully house trained but that will need a little finessing.

Rizzo is 18 months old & weighs 63 pounds. He is current on all vaccinations, worming, heartworm prevention, flea/tick prevention. He walks well on leash. He does fine left alone but would prefer either a human or canine constant companion.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rizzo, a Haggerstown Labrador Retriever/Great Dane dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever/Great Dane for sale in Haggerstown, or seeking a Labrador Retriever/Great Dane dog from a breeder in Haggerstown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Haggerstown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Haggerstown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever/Great Dane breeders who help with Labrador Retriever/Great Dane rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Haggerstown paves the way for another one to be saved.
