If you look up “happy” in the dictionary, you’ll find a picture of Axl as the definition. Axl has never met a stranger and is happy to meet new friends wherever he goes. He loves to say hello to people passing by and is content to spend as much time possible with his person. Axl is great on leash and doesn’t seem to mind other dogs. He’s a total chow hound and is happy to follow you around as long as he’s rewarded with treats. Axl needs a bit of work learning basic commands, but we know this smart guy will pick them up in no time at all! Axl would make the perfect summer companion for anyone looking for an outgoing adventure buddy!

This dog was rescued from a kill shelter or the streets and has been evaluated for medical and temperament to prepare for a forever home and is in a foster home in San Antonio, Texas* and is ready to fly to its final destination once adopted.
