"Hello! My name's CHARLIE RAE, and I'd love to meet you. I'm here at the shelter because my owner is in the military and got deployed. I'm a two-year-old pit bull mix, and everyone agrees that I'm the sweetest girl around. I'm friendly, affectionate, and very loving. I get along great with kids and with other dogs. I'd do best with other dogs who are larger, like me. I enjoy going on walks, and I'd want to have a fenced yard in my new home. I've already been house trained, so please make sure I have a comfy dog bed in the house, as I'll want to be part of the family. Won't you please come visit me here at the El Cajon Animal Shelter so we can get acquainted? I think you'll find that I'm a wonderful dog who'll capture your heart. Love, Charlie Rae"
