Nikita's Story...
My name is Nikita

I was born on 12/01/16 I am a 14 pound JRT.

I'm very young so I am still learning bathroom habits but each day I'm getting better. I am spayed and I had a lot of great veterinary care. My foster mom says I am fully vetted.

What I like - toys - bones - other dogs - kids - adults - treats and play time. What I don't like - being in foster care when I could be living with a family who wants me forever. I am a very nice little girl.

Please go to www.atailtotell.com and fill out my adoption application.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Nikita, a Mount Gretna Jack Russell Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Jack Russell Terrier for sale in Mount Gretna, or seeking a Jack Russell Terrier dog from a breeder in Mount Gretna.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Mount Gretna already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Mount Gretna breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Jack Russell Terrier breeders who help with Jack Russell Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Mount Gretna paves the way for another one to be saved.
