Facts about Chip

  • Species: Rat
  • Color: Brown Or Chocolate
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
Chip is a two year old male domestic rat. He's a friendly guy who really enjoys exploring new environments and saying "Hi!" to new people. He also really enjoys eating -- both his rat pellets and any bit of veggie that might come his way. Though if it comes down to a choice between eating and exploring, Chip will usually pick exploration (though a post-excursion snack is always a good idea.)

Chip's adoption fee is $25. For more information on adopting this guy, email us at info@wmicritterhaven.org. Adopters must be at least 18 years old.

About West Michigan Critter Haven

About Our Rescue Group...

We are Saving Lives One Hop at a Time:
We are a small network of foster homes focused on the rescue and forever home placement for house rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, rats, mice, hermit crabs, small birds, vegetarian reptiles and amphibians.

Our Adoption Process...

Appointments to visit pets in their foster homes are only made after completed adoption paperwork is received, reviewed by a director and a phone interview is conducted by an adoption counselor. We do charge an adoption fee based on type of critter. We reserve the right to terminate the adoption process or refuse adoption at any time. We reserve the right to remove a pet from an undesirable situation post adoption through out the pet's life.
