Here's what the humans have to say about me:
8/2/17 - Jim is a happy, fun and active puppy! He is having a blast in his foster home! He now weighs 14.5 pounds
Jim knows the sit/stay command. He is working on his leash training. He is doing very well during the day with his house training. Jim likes other dogs and is very curious about cats. He has a medium energy level and loves to play fetch and go for a ride in the car. He loves to snuggle and is very affectionate.
Update: Jim had a DNA test and it shows that he has American Foxhound and American Staffordshire Terrier in his genetics.
6/20/17 - Meet Jim
Jim is a 2-3 month old shepherd/lab mix. Named in memory of a supporter of animal rescue, Jim lives up to his namesake. Jim is friendly and outgoing, but not jumpy or demanding. He his handsome - the pictures don't do Jim justice. He loves to play, but he also likes to explore and do his own thing. Jim is fine being held, unless there are dogs around to play with. He will want to play with a cat, but will acquiesce, eventually, if the cat tells him otherwise. Jim is not much of a chewer as far as puppies go. He would love going on walks in the woods.
The adoption fee of $495 includes age-appropriate vaccines, initial de-worming, spay/neuter surgery, microchip, USDA interstate health certificate (for transport only) and transport fee.
