My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Jade is a beautiful 2-year old female kitty who arrived at the HSOV on May 23, 2017 after she was found on State Route 26 in Washington County Ohio in the vicinity of Wayne National Forest.

This gorgeous girl has a dark brown tabby short smooth coat with orange highlights, a long ringed tail, and an adorable face with a splash of white on her muzzle/chin and stunning pale jade green eyes. Jade has a sweet disposition and a super friendly personality. She is extremely lovable and affectionate, and she loves to rub up against your arms/hands to beg for petting.

Jade was given vaccinations, wormer, and Revolution flea treatment on May 23, 2017. She weighed 6.4 lbs. on that date.

Jade was examined by a veterinarian on June 14, 2017 who verified that she has already been spayed. She had gain a couple of pounds (thanks to the gourmet food that our feline kennel techs prepare) and weighed 8.3 lbs. that day. Jade was given rabies vaccine on June 14th. She is now available for adoption, foster, or rescue.

These updated photos of Jade were taken on June 17, 2017. She is even more beautiful now than she was in her original photos!

Rescue groups may contact our Feline Rescue Coordinator via email (sharonpaul2@suddenlink.net). We can usually help with transportation and also provide combo testing without charge to rescues/fosters.
