Here's what the humans have to say about me:
She was acquired at a shelter -- was the runt of a litter but my teenage daughter fell in love with her from the moment we walked into the building. We had a previous Rat Terrier that lived to a very old age before passing due to kidney issues. Sparky is very loveable, is shy at first around people and new situations but her tail wagging a mile a minute means she warms up quickly. She does have a congenital condition with her hind legs in that sometimes her knee cap slides out a bit causing her to limp. Our vet has assured us that dogs live for many years with this condition and it isn't a concern. But as a result she tends not to be one for 3 mile long walks. Looking to rehome her because I have accepted a new job, my kids are all gone, and she needs to be in a home that will be able to care for her and love her!
