Estimated birthdate: 4/15/2017

Personality: Very shy (you are unable to touch this animal without it running away or being fearful, etc), Inquisitive, Playful, Energetic, Nervous, Sweet

Favorite treats: Marj has not refused a treat. Some of his favorites include cucumber, raspberry, parsley, cantaloupe, Blueberries, and watermelon.

Favorite toys and activities: He loves exploring the house in his exercise ball. Marjoram also loves to make tunnels in his bedding, construct elaborate nests, figure out puzzles and explore new places.

Potty trained: No

BFF: No, This animal prefers to live alone.

Other species pet has been exposed to and reaction: Dogs, cats, rat, guinea pig - (while in ball) will approach them without fear, sometimes following them around

Health concerns: He is the runt of his litter but has had no adverse health effects from this.

Behavioral concerns: We work on sitting in my hand and getting pets before and after his exercise time. He used to run and hide anytime someone came near his cage and he is showing lots of improvement there. We have a routine that we try to stick to and knowing what to expect helps his confidence. Other notes: Marjoram is very high energy and intelligent! Once he has learned to trust people more I believe he will be highly trainable to do fun tricks for treats. He is currently making great progress and now lets me hold him for short periods of time. Marj is a sweet, smart, energetic guy who needs a patient heart to continue his trust training.
