My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet this sweetie named Ginny! She came into the shelter as a stray on May 8, 2017 and was not reclaimed so she is now awaiting her adoption day! This girl is beautiful inside and out and seems very social or friendly. She is around 1 year old, now spayed and is current on her shots. All she lacks is a loving FOREVER person or family to love. Swing by the shelter for a visit with Ginny today and adopt her into your family and give her the life she deserves!
We have SO MANY cats & kittens arriving daily that it is hard to keep Adopt a Pet as up-to-date as we would like. So PLEASE COME TO THE SHELTER and meet some of the wonderful cats that are up for adoption and open up your home to 1 or more kitties today! Can't adopt today? We'd love some toys, litter, or food (especially kitten food) would be good too. Maybe you will have some time for snuggle and love on us while you're here. It makes the cats time here more enjoyable to get love & attention. We need volunteers & foster homes! If you adopt a cat that is not already spayed or neutered you will receive a voucher to help cover the cost of the surgery (some vets honor the voucher 100%)...such a great deal while saving a life!! All of the cats are tested for FIV as well as Lukemia before being adopted out as well. The shelter hours are M-F 10-1, 2-5 and Sat. 10-4.
