Freddie's Story...
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

This little guy is Freddie AKA Freddie McLovin' because this little guy is so affectionate.  He was found as a stray and was literally skin (crusty) and bones.  He had no hair at all!  He was taken to the vet and is being treated for demodex mange, and thankfully, his hair has grown back and his skin is looking and feeling better too!!  He was recently adopted but had problems getting along with the neighbor's dog and isn't fond of bikes either.  He would do best in a home where he could be the only child.  We believe Freddie is a miniature Italian Greyhound.  He is SMALL - only about nine pounds! Surely you have room for this sweet and loving little guy?!

Our adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, current shots, and heartworm test for all dogs.

If you'd like to adopt one of our dogs, please fill out our online adoption application at

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Freddie, a Pensacola Italian Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Italian Greyhound for sale in Pensacola, or seeking a Italian Greyhound dog from a breeder in Pensacola.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pensacola already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pensacola breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Italian Greyhound breeders who help with Italian Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pensacola paves the way for another one to be saved.
