Rocky is a sweet young blue and white pitbull who was found after being seriously attacked by another dog.  His owner never came forward to claim him so our rescue took him to the vet to take care of his many injuries and get him vetted.  Rocky is about a year old. Despite being viciously attacked by another dog, Rocky is still very sweet and friendly to other dogs. He is great with new people, young and old. Rocky has an Amazing disposition and will make a terrific addition to a lucky family!

Our adoption fee for Rocky is $150 and includes his neuter, current shots, and microchip.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rocky, a Pensacola American Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a American Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Pensacola, or seeking a American Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Pensacola.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pensacola already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pensacola breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even American Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with American Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pensacola paves the way for another one to be saved.
