Pepper is extremely sweet. I would like to keep her with her mother, Liberty, if at all possible. They have a very loving dynamic. She's very playful and is so goofy sometimes she will make you laugh. She get scared by the goofiest things sometimes. She plays well with others and is very high energy. She needs to be with a family that will give her plenty of attention and a good loving home.
