Meet Muggle the senior Puggle! He isn't a wizard but we think he's magical. A true gentleman, Muggle is a friend to everyone he meets. How he ended up as a stray is a mystery, but he was smart enough to camp out on the doorstep of an animal lover who brought him to the shelter. He waited for his owners to find him but they never appeared, so this sweet little guy finds himself looking for a new forever home.
He can be a little selective in his canine buddies and VERY enthusiastic with those he likes. He sometimes plays at a level other dogs can't quite match! Muggle has no problem living with cats, and can live with another dog if they are introduced properly and monitored to make sure they remain the best of friends.
Muggles was probably not a house pet in his former life and is still learning to adjust to the good life. Some of the things he will need help with are eating like a gentleman and trusting that guarding his food is unnecessary and unwanted, to always use the bathroom outside and to take treats calmly and gently. All of these personality quirks can be worked on, but you may need the help of a trainer if you have not dealt with these issues before. One day, Muggle will be the greatest dog in the world, he just needs your help to get him over these last few hurdles.
If you're looking for the perfect buddy - Muggle is the one for you. He is approximately 8-10 years old, happy to go for a ride in the car, a stroll around the park or a belly rub in front of the TV, Muggle always has a smile on his face. Who wouldn't want to cuddle with Muggle!?!
