My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Caesar is a loyal and loving, 7 yr. old black doberboy. He comes to us from a shelter as his owner passed away and family members were unable to keep him. Caesar was obviously a cherished pet. He is a calm, mellow boy that forms strong bonds with his people. He is friendly with everyone he meets and is great with other dogs, but he truly wants to be the apple of your eye. Once he gets to know you (which doesn't take too long!) he will adore you, becoming your shadow and following wherever you go. Caesar has good manners in the house when you are home and will stay by your side. If left home alone, however, he doesn't seem to know what to do with himself so will occupy his time by nabbing things off counters and chew socks if available. He is crated trained and does well with appropriate chew toys to keep him busy while you're gone. Caesar is a very sweet companion dog, and is hoping to find a home where he will get the attention he craves and plenty of time to spend with you! Come and meet Caesar at our next adoption event!
